Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reconciliation office administration and equipment, stock list and internal communications; prepare accurate and detailed minutes and reports
  • Support the day to day management and optimization of client projects
  • Follow the work process to ensure colleagues are supplied with the correct information at the appropriate time
  • Refer to the Operational Managers to update action and for advice on issues
  • Oversee all paperwork relating to the business’ activities
  • Support the development of internal processes to improve efficiency
  • Support Sales and Technical consultant
  • Liaise with media, suppliers and other third parties to support business and client projects

IT CHANNEL SALES MANAGER

Requirements:

  • Hold Bachelor Degree, preferably from IT/Electro/Computer Science disciplines

TECHNICAL CONSULTANT FOR NETWORKS & BILLING SYSTEM

TASK:

  • Serve as technical liaison between sales, customers, channel / reseller for pre-sales matter including preparation of tender / RFP /RFQ processing, proposal, presentation, meetings and high-level design reviews
  • Learn and maintain a full knowledge of the products to allow presentation, demonstration and clarifications.
  • Provide training to internal and external resources, explaining the solution, associated application and a good understanding of the background information;
  • Organize the installation, training and service planning.
  • Be knowledgeable about our competitors in order to improve sales.
  • Follow up the user to ensure his satisfaction.
  • Experience in handling principles and reseller

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Technical Consultants  will be responsible for providing front-line technical support to channel or customers. This includes installation, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Technical Consultants may have to conduct training programmers and educate others on the basic technical details
  • Technical Consultant will be responsible for the development of test plans, various program specifications and the documentation for hardware / software modules
  • Technical Consultant will be responsible for staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
  • Technical Consultant are also in charge of testing and issue solutions for customers projects
  • Technical Consultant need to submit weekly progressive and technical reports and also day to day activities to the team leader
  • Technical Consultant  have to directly interact with clients and may have to handle multiple projects
  • Technical Consultant will be responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products

COMPETENCES:

  • Male/Female 25-36yrs old
  • Fluent in English is a must, and mandarin skill will be an added advantage

1. TECHNICAL CONSULTANT FOR NETWORK REQUIREMENTS:

  • Having experience being hands on with product of telecommunication multi-vendor and operator
  • Bachelor Degree majoring IT or other related field from reputable university
  • Willing to be placed and travel all around Indonesia
  • Minimum 3+ years experiences in the same field
  • Full understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, switching, subnet ting, wireless, VPN
  • Good knowledge on routers, switch and firewall ( Cisco, Juniper, etc )
  • Strong knowledge in network concepts
  • Have a good knowledge in routing protocols (RIP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, etc.)
  • Have a good skill in hands-on configuring router, switch, firewall, IDS/IPS, etc.
  • Have Cisco Cerificate (CCNA) and/or Juniper Certificate (JNCIA ) is a plus
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Have a good ability in problem handling and problem solving

2. TECHNICAL CONSULTANT FOR BILLING REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of Working experience in telecoms billing system
  • Strong hands on experience in Oracle, PL/SQL, JAVA, SOAP, Unix Shell Scripting
  • Good experience in Oracle RDBMS
  • Good understanding of Billing & Real-time
  • Experience in Java or C/C++  will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure on odd hours/weekends

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Hands on development in telecoms Billing
  • Take proactive responsibility to complete the deliverables on time.

FINANCE/FINANCIAL CONTROLER

Key Accountabilities Requirement:

Payroll, Financial Systems and Financial Controls:

Responsible for the delivery of costs effective and efficient accounting and financial systems, policies and processes that meet the current and future business requirements of the Foundation.

  • Oversee the External Audit, review and analyze results and recommend for approval the Audited Financial Statements.
  • Prepare the financial section of the annual report.
  • Oversee the Cash Management function, including banking relationships.
  • Ensure the Foundation is in compliance with all internal policies and relevant regulations and ensure filings are completed in a timely manner.
  • Develop and oversee the Internal Review function to ensure that finance and operations controls and policies are complied with in the provincial and field offices. Ensure effective follow up processes are in place.
  • Manage the payroll function ensuring efficient systems, process and controls.
  • Manage the financial system, ensuing maximum productivity and that it meets the needs of the business today and the future.
  • Oversee the continuous improvement of Accounting and Financial Processes and the development of the team with the goal to achieve best practices and optimal output.
  • Develop and oversee accounting policies and procedures to meet both current and future business models
  • Manage daily accounting (book keeping) and financing (cash inflow-outflow) activities
  • Preparing Monthly Financial Report and Financial Report Analysis (monthly thru yearly)
  • Tax reporting and compliance (PPN, PPH 21, 23, 25, 26, 29 etc including pay roll processing)
  • Projections and Budget preparations and Budget Actual Analysis
  • Jobs cost monitoring, cost analysis and controlling
  • Manage SOX compliances
  • Manage Fixed Assets,
  • Manage Receivables and Payables

Other Requirements

  • Female 25-40yrs old
  • Accounting designation
  • 6 years working knowledge in accounting and finance with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
  • Sound knowledge compliance regulations for organizations working within the not-for-profit sector
  • Exceptional Interpersonal skills, a collaborative style and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work effectively within time constraints
  • Knowledge of Financial and Accurate systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
